Comprehensive dive physicals for commercial divers.

Forms vary depending on employer - if you were not provided with forms directly from your employer we have copies of basic ADCI standard diving exam packets. Please contact our office and we will supply these forms for you prior your visit.

In house labs as well as audiogram and pulmonary function testing (spirometry) when needed.

Fee; Dive Physical $175, Spirometry $75, Audiogram $50, Labs vary.
